Is't not a shame topic to discuss about rite ?everyone in this planet i mean women face it.Ohh it is so bloody hurt!haaha.But luckily i have a mate to share this pain.He often said "You can tahan syg" ,"be strong syg " ,"jangan cry syg" ,"you bole punya!" .haha. Its funny but he gave me courages to face it every month you know !heyy .its not easy ok .hehe :)
